Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with www.maoliosa.com. After you place your order, our team will update you on shipping details as soon as it is ready for dispatch. You should find all the details you need to know below, however if you have a question regarding your order, just let us know. 

Orders

Expected delivery time is dependant on which item(s) you have ordered. Due to some customisation, certain goods can take longer than others. Please contact us prior to purchase to receive an estimated lead time for delivery. We will contact you should this change.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with the received product please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee you a full refund, as some items are made to order.

All returns must be notified within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. We are unable to accept opened containers for refund unless the product is deemed faulty.
